John Gloster-Smith
John is a highly skilled and experienced executive coach, leadership facilitator and consultant, with a
particular expertise in Emotional Intelligence. His work includes initial assessment, the design and the
delivery of customised solutions for 1-to-1 coaching and workshops, proactively responding to diverse
environments and cultures based on wide experience of virtually every organisational/business sector.
John’s work has included:

John is an accredited member of the Association for Coaching and the UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners, and he is also a Director of the
latter. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and has also trained extensively in Gestalt. He receives on-going
supervision. He also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education and a 2:1 from Oxford University.
